Journeys - Enterprise Onboarding not showing on My Journeys tab for Pending worker

Summary:

I have configured an Enterprise onboarding Journey and assigned it to both a Pending worker and an Employee.

When the employee accesses the system they see the Enterprise onboarding Journey on the 'My Journey' tab and on the 'Tasks' tab. However, the pending worker only sees the tasks on the 'Tasks' tab. There is no onboarding tile or 'Enterprise onboarding' option at the top of the 'My Journey' tab for the Pending worker.

Does anyone know how to resolve this issue for pending workers as its not a good user experience?
