    When creating a copy of an existing requisition, how to change the creation date?

    We have noticed through reporting that when we create a copy of an existing requisition, the system automatically uses the original requisitions creation date, though this can be many months afterward.

    This in turn is effecting time to fill, as a requisition can be created today from an existing requisition, yet the creation date is from 2021. Thus giving the illusion the new req has been open for almost a year.

    Is there a way around this? How is this fixed?
