Has anyone experienced recruiters receiving undelivered messages when trying to send a communication to a candidate in Taleo with a Gmail e-mail address?

We just noticed this happening and it actually started in Equifax (where candidates complete the I-9 form) first. When a recruiter then brought it to my attention in Taleo, I'm thinking there is something new with Gmail that is causing this issue.

I'm reading through what Equifax told us we needed to do to resolve, to see if that helps me figure out Taleo but curious if anyone has a more direct answer?
