Proxy user - Restrict access to compensation
We set up a custom line manager role to perform actions as change assignment, change manager... which can be delegated to a proxy user.
Upon validation, we noticed that the proxy user, if this user is already a line manager, also has access to compensation statement of the direct reports of the manager delegating. This shouldn't happen as this permission isn't included in the line manager role. F.ex. For talent, this is not happening.
Can anyone advice how to restrict this access? Can we split the My Team page into 'Compensation'/ 'Talent' and 'Overview'? Is there any other way?
