Content (required): Is there a way to identify a few key words or phrases? For instance, we use our Digital Assistant to respond to HR related questions. We have an individual skill set up just for FMLA. Is there a way to direct all responses containing the "key word" FMLA to the response inside the FMLA skill? I know you can do this with utterances but sometimes the system will get confused and try to disambiguate between FMLA and Job Accommodation responses because the processes are similar even though the FMLA question clearly states FMLA.
