Updated Grade Step Progression Issue

Hi,

I recently made and update to some of the Grade Rates that we set up. I am afraid that it reset the Step based on the Step Rules. Employees that hit 90 days should have been on our last process run are not. The only thing that changed this week is that I updated the Grade Rates. I believe previously, when I updated these rate, I used correction and not update. Any idea what I might be missing here.
