Tenancy inactive without a warning or notification
Logged in to my Oracle Cloud console and discovered my tenancy was inactive and my instance removed.
Contacted support by chat and they just ended the communication with an "unfortunately we are unable to help further with this issue"

I used to use my VM instance for developing, so I installed git, vim and docker. I don't know if I violated any policy by doing that but I don't think so. In case I did, please tell me the reason and I for sure assume the consequences of that, but don't let the users/customers with a simple and disappointing "I can't do more for you"
