DFF does not appear in Specific Skills Section of Position Profile type in Model Profiles

Hi All,
We have opened a DFF under Specific Skills section in Position profile type. Post deploying that field, It is not visible under Model Profiles - Position . Note - For creating value sets, I tried Creating in modules mentioned below but none helped to display the DFF in Specific Skills - Expanded section. Kindly Advice !
