My oracle Cloud tenancy became inactive without receiving any email alert

I can't access any of the existing resources or create any new ones. When I checked the tenancy it shows inactive status. Raising the concern with Oracle support, they said that the account was terminated by System they they wouldn't be able to help.

If it would be any help, the free trial ended recently and I only use Always Free resources
