Screen Keeps Spinning When Selecting Offer Letter to Send to Candidate

Summary:

We just upgraded to 22A.0.1 and are having problems sending our Offer letters to Candidates. We extend all of our Offers verbally and then automatically capture the response. We then go into Actions, select Send Offer, select the template to use and do any editing to it that we need to do. When clicking on the send button, the screen just spins and nothing happens. The letter isn't sent out to the Recruiter or the Candidate. This isn't happening to all our Requisitions, just 2 of them that we have identified. To note, previous to the upgrade, we were able
