Retention of Documents in Taleo - Automated Tasks
How long do you keep candidate documents in Taleo? Submissions, resumes, onboarding documents, etc.
Does your company follow a retention policy and/or do you store these documents in a retention software?
We have never purged anything from Taleo, although we do upload documents to a retention software so it's not really necessary for the documents to remain in Taleo.
We get so many applicants a year and hire around 400 candidates a week, so you can imagine the documents and onboarding processes that are piling up, slowing down the system and cluttering searches, etc.
I am looking into creating automated tasks to start cleaning this stuff up and I'm curious what process others follow?
