How to Remove the Balancing Segment Value (BSV) Assignment from Ledger and Assign to Legal Entity?

Removing a Legal Entity  and the Balancing Segment Value (BSV) Assignment from Ledger

The ledger was created wrongly, and a LE was assign to this ledger.

A new ledger was created but it is not possible to Assign the Legal Entity that was wrongly used in the previous ledger.

How can I remove the LE from the old ledger(created wrong) and assign to the new ledger (created correctly)?
