Is it possible to report on HCM Recruitment transaction team system activity?

Summary:

We want to report on activities undertaken in Oracle Fusion by People (HR/HCM) transaction administration colleagues. This specifically relates to job offer recruiting transactions (e.g. Creating Offer, Extending Offer, Withdraw Offer)

Content (required):

Ideally, the report would show the following detail (report columns required):

Transaction Actioned By (Name/User ID), Transaction Type (e.g. Job Offer, Transfer), Action (e.g. Extended, Created), Date (of transaction), Time (of transaction), Time Taken (for transaction to be completed), Candidate/Employee Number (to whom the transaction relates), Candidate Full Name (to whom the transaction relates), Org Hierarchy Level 01 (of the Candidate/Employee), Org Hierarchy Level 05 (of the candidate/employee)
