OTBI Analysis > Time Displayed Incorrectly

Hello All,
I will appreciate your support on the following issue:
The Start Time and Stop Time reported from the Time Device Machine are displayed correctly on the UI in HCM. However, on OTBI using the subject area “Workforce Management - Reported Time Cards Real Time”, the Start Time and Stop Time are displayed with a difference of +3 hours. Please provide the root cause and solution of this issue.
Note:
When executing the physical SQL query (SQL File), these field are displayed correctly
We are not facing this issue on the test instance
