VM DB recovery from automatic backups to new DB system

Hi 

We have an automatic backup setup for production oracle DB system and this works well. Now we are trying to setup a process, to create new DB system on test env from one of this automated backups from prod, to test DB patches on that DB and verification of our applications (web and desktop) that can connect to it.

We have tested creating this new DB system from backup in console and it works but we have one big problem with it. After this process is finished database is automatically started and as we have multiple jobs working 24/7 set on production ones to send some communication (emails) to customers. And we need to stop this jobs immediately when new TST DB starts.
