How to display indirect terminations for a specific manager?

Summary:

We have a requirement to build OTBI (Graphs) to display number of terminations under a specific manager. There are 2 OTBI analysis I use in the dashboard - 1 which will display employee count by ethnicity (direct and indirect) and the other which displays terminations for a manager (direct and indirect). The ethnicity count OTBI uses the unsecured manager (list) while the termination analysis uses assignment manager (Only then do the counts match as per validation).

We now have one dashboard prompt which displays manager name and this selection should update both analyses. How can I make this happen when the two analyses use different areas?
