Gender and marital status mandatory
As the ORC Does not let the recruiter update the gender and the marital status of the candidate and our customer do not want that the External candidate will fill this Data in the Application Flow we have a situation that external candidates that is Hired ( move to HR ) Does not contain the gender and the marital status
- Is this really the system expected behavior? Can we make the recruiter responsible for those 2 fileds?
- We thought maybe to stop a pending worker from being converted to an employee if he does not have those 2 fields
- If you see below in the convert wizard we can progress without giving those 2 fields
