Nothing on the whole account works.

My free-tier trial has ended, so I decided that I would like to continue using the service, so I wanted to upgrade my account.

Yet it is not possible. My account has become "inactive" and instances disappeared and the tab to upgrade contains an error.

This is my own personal account, so I do not have any administrators affiliated with it.

I would you like to fix these issues first, before upgrading and paying any money to Oracle.
