Cancelling Work Relationship - ORC Status
Summary:
We had an employee that was converted from a pending worker to an employee but then didn't start. We are unsure when they will actually start so we cancelled the employee work relationship, so we just have the pending worker record sitting there and we can convert to employee at a later date. When we cancelled the employee work relationship, this moved the ORC record to Withdrawn by candidate and fired off notifications to the ORC team.
Why would cancelling the work relationship and leaving the pending worker record generate anything in ORC?
How to do change the status in ORC to reflect the correct Move to HR, now that we already have the pending worker record?
