How to disable notification for journal uploaded through spreadsheet?

Summary:

Would like to find way to disable the email notification for journal imported thru spreadsheet.

Content (required):

It was found that the submitter received an email notification for the journal being submitted for approval. Here are how the scenario was replicated.

  1. Download the spreadsheet for journal through "Create Journal in Spreadsheet" task.
  2. Input the journal data and click "Submit" button with all default options.
  3. Journal submitter receive an journal submitted email notification (attached screenshot).
