Send Notification (RCL) is not triggered even though active

Hello everyone,

We currently implemented a p2t, to align the data that we have in the production environment with the data in a test environment. However, we found out that the Rejection Email, that was configured in the Candidate Selection Process and is currently active, is not triggered when a candidate is rejected in ORC, in the test environment. In addition, the rest of the active notifications in Recruiting Content Library, are triggered.

Does anyone know why this happens and how to fix that?
