Intelligent Advisor with Self-Service users
As part of our design phase, we are looking to implement a DCS portal with the IA interviews component creating Service Requests within B2B. This will also use the Self-Service Registration method for all user access, therefore having IDCS as the primary identity provider with only contacts generated in B2B service upon approval.
However, the DCS implementation guide references this approach with IA may be incompatiable to my understanding due to using Self-Service:
Is this because the user isnt logged into B2B Service at run time on the portal, only through a proxy account, which the guide states also we will be using?
