Reason name on Inactive Application

Hello Guys,

We would consult the reason name linked to the inactive application inside the User Interface, Where could we retrieve this information? We try to verify in the Progression summary of the Application, but we only find the State and the phase.

Someone could help us in order to find this mandatory field?
