Does anyone have a query to pull Tax Withholding Card information from Oracle Fusion HCM Version 22A

I am trying to create a data model in BI Publisher that pulls each US employee's tax withholding card information.

I have already found a lot of the fields and tables that track tax withholding card information for US employees (i.e.  PAY_DIR_CARDS_F, PAY_DIR_CARD_COMPONENTS_F, PAY_DIR_CARD_DEFINITIONS_VL, PAY_DIR_CARD_COMP_DEFS_VL, PAY_VALUE_DEFINITIONS_vl). However, I cannot seem to find the regional reference information, such as state name, city, or county name. For example, if an employee has claimed to be exempt from state, city, county taxes, I need to pull the names of the state, city, and/or county linked to the exemption. Similarly, if an employee has elected to have an additional state withholding of $100 per pay period, I need to show this amount and
