Unable to submit the National Identifier details in the task of Journey

Summary:

Out of all the assigned task in Journey, the candidate completed all tasks except one where National Identifier details has to be submitted.

After selecting the country, she is not getting the option the fill National ID Type and National ID attributes (screenshot attached) .
