Not able to search Documents by Document Name or Account Name, after adding documents to Accounts

Our Business requirement is Business users will attach documents to Accounts. Managers has to verify the documents where manager can search by Document Names where it should all the accounts who has that document name and manager can search by Account Name he has to get all the attachments tagged to that customer
