Summary of the question:
Sometime a contact has an invalid email address, when SR responds to the contact through email channel, the SR message is not reached to the contact but the agent will not know unless the message is bounced back somewhere.
Try to set to an email address (not no-reply one) to profile option SVC_OUTBOUND_EMAIL_FROM, but this email box does not receive bounce back email.
