User can see the Create Accounting Report from the ESS job set but the OUTPUT (report itself) is unavailable.

User can see the Create Accounting Report from the ESS job set but the OUTPUT (report itself) is unavailable. I have assigned a customised ESS Monitor Role and Accounting Hub integration role but had not make any difference. What am I missing to give the ability to have the output visible?
