How to Update Classification Code in Under Amendment Subscription?

Summary of the question:

When we create subscription. We need to enter the tax classification for each product. When the status is Draft, we are able to change the tax classification. Once it is approved, it is not update-able. We understand the active status should not allow user to change. But when we make amendment for the subscription. The system is restricting to enter. You can see the page composer screen shot. I would like to remove the user_amendment status. But it is now allowing me to do that .
