Is there a way to restrict "Manage Performance Goal by HR" privileges

Hi everyone

I made a role with only the "Manage Performance Goal by HR" privilege. This allows the user to enter the whole goal section in my client group.

Is there a way to give access only to the "Performance goal" option in that section?
