Documentation on Oracle Cloud Anti Virus Capabilities

Summary: We are early in our ORC implementation, but have been on Cloud HCM for quite a while. Our IT team is now asking for any documentation on Anti Virus capabilities.

Content (required): I've searched all Oracle repositories I can think of but aside from notes stating that Anti Virus is enable by Oracle by default for all clients, and that the Anti Virus capabilities are not ORC specific, I cannot find documentation on specifically what actions are taken to verify an uploaded file is virus free. Does anyone have any insight or a link they could share that we could provide to our IT team?
