Value Set format for Checklist Task Form

edited Sep 4, 2023 7:50PM in Journeys 2 comments

Summary:

We have a configurable form set up as a checklist task that allows the employee to populate an account number. The value set that is associated to the PER_PERSON_ALLOCATED_TASKS_DFF was set up as a Number Value Data Type. We noticed that when employees have account numbers with leading zeros, the leading zeros get dropped when parsed to the form. Can we correct this somehow so the leading zeros do not get dropped in the form output? Do we need to revise the Value Data Type?
