ADP - Payslips for Terminated Employees with NO Earnings

edited May 11, 2022 2:25PM in Payroll and Global Payroll Interface (GPI) 1 comment

Summary:

**NOTE - ADP HANDLES OUR WAGE ATTACHMENTS OUTSIDE THE ORACLE SEEDED PROCESS**

Employee Wage Attachment information is delivered via Payslips from Oracle to ADP. Employment Termination dates are listed which is used to send letters from ADP. We have cases where employees have no "Last" payslip and the termination info is not being sent to ADP.

Can we generate a ZERO payslip for Terminated employees with Wage Attachments only?

Content (required):

Our Payslip process has been modified to deliver the entire Payslip XML file to ADP for processing Wage Attachments . ADP uses information enclosed in the file that updates payment amounts and performs additional tasks such as sending out letters when an employee terminates. We have run into issues when an employee does not have a final paycheck, thus ADP is never notified that the employee is terminated and no longer employed at our company.

Howdy, Stranger!
