REST API to update Supplier Bank Accounts

Summary:

We are trying to use REST API /fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/externalBankAccounts/{BankAccountId}. But it's erroring out.

We checked another oracle note that we need to have the role ORA_PAY_REST_SERVICE_ACCESS_WORKER_BANK_ACCOUNTS to call this REST API. Can you pls. confirm.

Also, We find this role in our Roles Definition, but it's not available to assign to any users.
