Interlock between Pick Slip Request and Closing of Work Order

Hi All

There is a business scenario in my organization in which, to fulfill a Sales Order, production team is made to complete a work order WO1 in system without completely receiving the raw material from store (as there is no onhand of the Raw Material). But physically they used the raw material which was being issued to them against another work order WO2.

Now when they want to complete the WO2, they have shortage of Raw material and they will not be able to request material from store as raw material was already issued against it.

In order to handle this business scenario, would like to know is there any option to request for raw material against completed WO (WO1) or any work around to handle this.
