DFF does not appear in Position Model Profile

Summary:

We want to create a new field under Licence and Certification " Type" We have created DFF it is showing under Section name also in DFF we have checked display type is selected LOV see 1 screenshot . but when we are checking while creating model profile this field is not visible see screenshot 2
