Prevent Redrafting Completed Offer

Summary:

In 22B update, this is a new feature introduced, as this feature allows you to redraft job offers for a specific amount of time. (i.e 90 days). I'm trying to achieve this but there is no option to redraft a Job Offer once a candidate is in HR Processed state.

is there any additional setting required to redraft such offers?
