How can i tell what date/time a Time card got approved? Whether from Application or Tables.

Unable to tell from OTL when an employee timecard was approved. Application just shows status of approved.

Content (required):

Employee time cards need to be approved by a certain date in order for them to be paid for that time card. We generally get disputes after the payroll has been processed and employees realized they weren't paid. When we check the time cards are approved however we can't tell on which date it got approved. Employee generally will get an email when it is approved but we would like to tell from the application or tables if possible without having to ask them to look for the email notification.
