Manage job offers - Error during processing

Summary:

When processing hires/internal moves in the Manage Job Offers page, we get quite a lot of errors (see attachment). When we get these the change is processed manually in Core (this is due to certain business processes such as not using standard rehire functionality). These job offer errors seem to stay forever and not clear out automatically. Is there a way to clear them out automatically like we can with the Processed offers?
