Job Offer is not showing in Manage Job Offers

Job Offer is not showing in Manage Job Offers Page

Hi Experts

Created Job offers Approved and accepted by Employee (Internal Candidate Job Offer). Job Offers are showing for Candidate and in Back End New Assignment Type is creating for Employee with Assignment Type 'O' which is for Offer. but not showing in Manage Job Offers Page to move to HR by creating a new Assignment or Change Assignment. Is any other step I am missing here ? Please let me know Appriciate your Help
