Summary:

Unable to get movement on an autocomplete rule that is under review.

Content (required):

My Team and I are wondering how we can escalate this autocomplete rule which has been under review for over a month. Through the portal there are no ways to update or ask question regarding pending rules. We have opened an SR and they deferred us back to using the portal. If someone could provide assistance with gaining more traction or provide me with the proper channels it would be greatly appreciated.
