Change percentage on Involuntary Deduction

Summary: Trying to reduce the percentage on an involuntary garnishment


Content (required): An employee got the court to agree to a lower percentage for her involuntary garnishment. We changed the percentage on the Enterable Calculation Values on Calculation Cards section, effective 05/01/22, but it is still calculating at the old rate (25%) instead of the new rate (15%). What are we missing?
