Summary: Person search not working within Journey Explore tab

Content (required):As an Admin/HR when tries to assign journey from Explore tab within journey , the 'select person' search is not listing down any names.

Attached has screenshots which has details. Do we need to set any additional setup for this?

Navigation > My client Group> Journey> Explore> open any Journey> Assign> Under person search field nothing is listing down.
