SLA for document Approval
Hi team!!
Does Oracle Cloud have any mechanism to set approval SLAs?
We have a client that he has the following scenario:
1 - The Purchase Order is generated and submitted for Approval;
2 - The Approver must have up to 4 hours to Approve the document;
3 - After these 4 hours, the system must send a reminder to this approver;
4 - The system must enable an analysis of the delay in approval.
Is it possible to configure this type of process? If yes, could you please provide the steps?
