Is there a way to use Pre-Processing and Post-Processing Lead time in Manual PR Creation?

Summary:

The requirement is to calculate the lead time for the Requested Delivery Date on Purchase Requisition when creating manual PR in SSP.

Like, the same way it happens in Min-Max Requisitions.

The client wants to have the requested delivery date calculated on PR based on lead time calculation by item attributes.

Do we have any way to achieve the same in Cloud right now?
