Engagement Engine and Chat Inlay

Summary:

I'd like to switch my proactive chat to chat inlay. I have Engagement Engine code that currently triggers a proactive chat invitation (i.e. on page https://www.ieee.org/membership/join/index.html). I want to change it to use the newer chat inlay. Do I have to change the code on the webpage or can I just change the rules in the Engagement Engine to now launch chat inlay instead of proactive a chat? I've tried just changing the EE rule but haven't been able to get it to work. Hoping to not need to update the webpage code as that will involve a project with IT :)
