Payroll Flow Pattern with 3 HCM Extracts Tasks not returning expected results for 'Changed and Marked Attributes Only' extract

We are in a need to run HCM Extracts in a Order Sequence. For the same, we are trying to create custom Payroll Flow Patterns and added existing HCM Extracts Flow Tasks in the sequence. And have set the Task Basic Information and Task Parameters similar to the original Extract Flow. However when we submit the Extract with 'Changed and Marked Attributes' only, the result is not the same like running the Individual Extract. The 'Changed and Marked Attributes' are missing / not listed in the Extract Result when run in Flow Pattern Sequence.
