Manage job offers unable to change start date

Summary:

We have several contingent workers (considered internal) that have received offers for permanent roles from ORC. They are sitting in manage job offers until we convert them to employee work relationships, but we need to change the start date and can't. We can change the start date in manage job offers for new hire and others being promoted/transfers, just not CWKs getting perm roles. Any advice?
