How to add Person details access to Payroll Administrator Role

Summary:

Hi Team,

I want to login with a user who is having only a clone of seeded Payroll Administrator role.

After logging in with that user, I want to search a Person in Person Management screen.

Now, I'm able to search the persons in person Management but the names of Person Management are in faded out mode i.e. we are unable to click on them.

And if I click on Person in Person and Employment in Actions on any person in Person Management, I should get person details but I'm getting blank screen.

And we have "Person" quick action, if I search any person in that quick action, I'm getting ADF Faces error but I should get the Person details.
