Is it possible to change the background color of all pages when using the minimal career site template?

We can change the main splash page background to white using a white image as the background, but we are not able to use this method for the job search page and every other page created.

This is causing an issue with how the logo appears on one page versus the others. Because the logo is set at the theme level, we cannot use a different logo for each page. And I have not had any luck using a transparent logo. But if it's possible to change the background color to white for all pages then this will solve issue.
